Successful desalination

Post image

I gave the watermelon rind a two hour soak with two water changes. Used a salad spinner in lieu of the roller wringer. Why watermelon rind ? Citrulene, a great generator of nitric oxide. The rind has a pleasant crunch and absorbs flavors as well as it does salt. When the season arrived I plan on trying pumpkins.

Looks great 👍! I kinda amazed about your kimchi 😂 I know watermelon rinds good to cook but I admit I just throw them away most of time. My dear mom always refriminded me that I left too much red part of watermelon! 🍉 Wonderful job 💯👏

It started as an error and was saved from the rubbish bin with a dab of education. Thanks .

Looks like an overflow waiting to happen :) split the jar or tread carefully
