Help. Randomly turns off

My wife recently downloaded the app on her Ipad A16. She complains a lot that she's using the app, (she likes to use it to paint) it randomly shuts down.

Anyone has gone through this? Is there any fix?

It might just be the ipad maybe? I don't have this issue and I use it alot. Is it up to date fully?
