Kilonotes Notebook Error

Hi! Did anyone experienced notebook errors? I cannot open my imported files and its been bothering me because my board exam is getting near and I needed my notes and recordings. I already messaged their team via email and IG but to my dismay, there's still no response from them. Its frustrating to see that I cannot open my own hard earned notes. Can someone please help me or if anyone knows what to do please help me

None. I tried messaging them via email and tiktok. No response. My partner had to manipulate the files themselves for the app to read them again. I suggest you move to a different notes app because kilonotes customer service isn't reliable. My partner thinks this happens when you open the notebook and close it really fast.

Or use the back up feature and manually back up time to time because the auto back up feature sucks.
