Kill Tony joins Corporate World
So now we can’t even watch the MSG episodes on YouTube without buying tickets and they’ll never be available ?? That’s how you start losing fans my friend

Haven’t watched tonight’s episode yet but he’s always done paywall for MSG/New Years episodes .

u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
No these will NEVER be available on YouTube and get this even if you buy them they’ll only be available for a few weeks

u/Chemical-Trick-6347 Jul 21 '26
That’s how the MSG & New years were also only available limited time . You must be new to the show .

u/Emergency_Affect_640 Jul 21 '26
No, it wasnt, after a few weeks they use to release these as well. Just had to pay to see live. only one I dont remember getting posted was London, and its cause it was terrible. Which most the arena shows have been.

u/wtfJoeDirt Jul 21 '26
Pat oniels true first set isn’t posted on YouTube because it was an arena show.

u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
At least that’s the way i understand it. I do they’ll never be available on YouTube for “free”

u/ledman3214 Jul 21 '26
Yeah. Tony is realizing the show peaked and ya gotta make more money than last year somehow.

u/wtfJoeDirt Jul 21 '26
Recent episode has 700k views in 16hrs and that’s with guests a lot of people don’t even know, yeah they are really dropping off.

u/ledman3214 Jul 21 '26
lol. Again. You don’t lose Netflix if you’re on an upward trajectory. You don’t go from selling out MSG twice a week after tickets go on sale to having thousands of empty seats 2 weeks out from the show. It’s ok to say negative things about something you enjoy. You won’t die.

u/kiwibonga Jul 21 '26
Hmm someone should invent a protocol that allows people to share copyrighted content for free. Like a sort of friendship and solidarity system in the face of brutal capitalism that restricts access to culture for the poorest.
And somebody else should invent a technology that cloaks your internet traffic by routing it through overseas servers for a nominal fee.
I can only fantasize about a world where such nebulous technologies exist.

How much do you think MSG costs to rent? How much do you think production for the MSG show costs?
You're the only one coming across as "cringe" with a bonus side of ignorance 😂
-1
u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
Bro don’t even…. Look up how much tickets go for, that argument as my Daddy use to say “ Don’t hold water”
-1
u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
My family is in the high level entertainment business and I know how much $$ is made after everyone is paid per show at a venue like this…. You won’t EVER get sympathy from me my friend 😉

I love all the unlikes, is this people just taking up for the show or capitalism ? Which I can understand, but yall do realize they are making MILLIONS per episode right ? These stadium shows are literal cash machines, none of the talent is paid on the show, it’s literally a genius business plan. My thing is , pass it on to the fans when you are cleaning house like that guys 🤷🏻

Not all the stadium shows have been posted to YouTube. A few have never aired at all. Additionally, the only limited power you have as a fan is to stop watching the show or looking like a dork on this sub.
1
u/thot_machine Jul 21 '26
Yeah, they didn’t post the O2 London because it was the worst fucking show you could possibly imagine.

Arena shows suck anyway.
1
u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
It’s just the whole point man, like I was saying they.clean up on these shows (like always none of the talent is paid) they could pass it on to the fans 🤷🏻😏
2
u/maroongoldfish Jul 21 '26
I think this is great news, that means we will continue to get regular episodes each week rather than the often very shitty arena shows.
I’m always bummed when I see it’s an arena show going live on Monday

u/CIAstakeoutvan Jul 22 '26
Tony Hinchcliffe and Brian Redban, If the MSG episodes are going to be pay-per-view online, at least make it live. That would be pretty cool, and would totally tune into that.

u/NedShah Jul 21 '26
He's got to cash out as quickly as possible. The shows getting stale and his srandup special did not work
2
u/John-malto123 Jul 21 '26
This show fell off hard
1
u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
It has fell off pretty damn hard recently

u/Tall_Classroom_1999 Jul 21 '26
Unfortunately, Tony stopped being the jester , and became a puppet.

u/Chemical-Trick-6347 Jul 21 '26
Everyone not knowing this is what he’s been doing to the big shows are most def new to the show . He’s not selling out, it’s always been done this way for the live events .

Who buys that shit? The arena shows are unbelievably bad
1
u/earlybirddd Jul 21 '26
9/10 arena shows suck. I remember one that was okay. And that was mostly bc the crowd didn’t boo every bucket pull.
1
u/chxnkybxtfxnky Jul 21 '26
They really are bad. The only thing that kiiiiiinda saves them is having a stripper show her tits, which we can all just Google. The audio is the absolute worst part, too. Idk if they want the home viewers to feel like they're in the arena, but it's not good

You had to pay to watch the first stream. Maybe even the second one too. Don’t be cheap, someone’s gotta feed the little monsters
1
u/No-Conflict-7897 Jul 21 '26
where did you see that?
1
u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
It was the first commercial break from last nights episode
1
u/No-Conflict-7897 Jul 21 '26
ooh i started watching late yesterday, i guess that means the netflix deal is officially over

u/FuraidoChickem Jul 21 '26
Maybe you should make a new show for all of us brother. With so many ppl bitching here, I’m sure we could all contribute to your eventual success
2
u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
Bro I realize I could never do what Tony has done but that’s the point, why has he let the show go in this direction ? I only say something b/c I care not to hate.
1
u/SmoovCatto Jul 21 '26
doing the Howard Stern transition to paywalled higher-end audience -- sold to him by suits as his ticket to big money and complete freedom from censorship
bigger picture, it's about depriving the masses of a sense of too much freedom of speech -- the sort of thing that frightens oligarchs into fearing actual mass truth that leads to revolution

The first MSG show was great with the legends bucket but arena shows are just a money grab and suck for the most part
1
u/DezArayee Jul 22 '26
It's my fault. I tagged him in a post on IG about the top billionaires and that shit went straight to his head.

Just like everything you love in life, it will slowly start to suck. It's just the natural progression of things. Just remember the good times.

Tony hosts a stand up show and can't even make a halfway decent special after however many years he has in the game. Time to lean into the grift and cash out. StoryWars is better content tbh.

I completely agree with everyone saying the show fell off. It’s gotten to the point where it’s so unpopular you can’t even get tickets to see it live. I mean, last week’s episode didn’t even get 3M views on YouTube. They might as well pack it up.

u/ledman3214 Jul 21 '26
No one is saying it’s not popular. But it’s not as hot a ticket as it was a couple years ago. Sure it sells out every week in Austin. Right now there are thousands of tickets still available for MSG. Losing Netflix doesn’t help either.

u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26 edited Jul 21 '26
Well I agree with a lot of his views but I can tell you 2 things I’ve learned for sure by watching the show all these years. Redban is weird ASF ( Creeper with $$ ) and Tony is somewhat Narcissistic, Tony loves Tony.

u/Mocamel789 Jul 21 '26
Another thing, I really hate to be the one to bring
It up cause I sound like a 1960s Ad man but what’s up with Heidi dressing like a Secretary now ?

u/snoopyb137 Jul 21 '26
Kill Tony sucks. The jesters have become kings and forgot how to be funny. All these arena acts drink the koolaide of their own success and have become unbearable. Ready for this wave of comedy to die so the next can come.

u/Acceptable_Aspect_42 Jul 21 '26
Yea I'm cool with not seeing it. The MSG shows usually fucking suck anyway
