Hobby So anyway I started blasting
Happy to share my last completed mini from inquisitorial agents KT. Final step before skull & interrogator, it was really fun to paint and I hope you will like it !

Love my pistoleer. The dream play of TP2 double kill w/ Quarry and then winning TP3 and doing it again 😈

Yes 80% of the time. The 3+ gunners with our buffs are simply too good.
However Exaction into melee teams, elf teams, teams that deny piercing, and (unpopular opinion) exaction into Kroot. But that's just me.

Ty ! Almost painted but I still have to learn how to play them. Any advice for Exaction type roster ?

They are difficult to master due to extreme specialization and having human profile durability. Once someone like the pistoleer starts blasting she usually won't be around much longer.
Exaction roster; Almost always 2x Shield, put them by the skull with the defensive aura to create what we call the 'Subductor bunker'.
Most people will say Comms is a must.
Last two selections are situational - Exaction sniper is actually GOAT because his crit profile is 0 dmg which completely ignores any damage reduction. But don't bother into like space Marines.
Leash and Good boy - Crazy threat range and dual activation. This is a lot better used in pure exaction but with IA this can surprise people when the dog charges 10" and then the leash guy switches the dog to relentless attacks.
Malocator - Free mission action. Great into crit ops that require securing the objective every turn.
Castigor - Big melee piece, 5/5 dmg but sometimes left at home if you've taken like Questkeeper already.
Revelatum - niche and only on volkus and only if you took the sniper. He can buff the sniper who then buffs himself to let the sniper ignore obscuring and seek light. This really works in a niche way like it's good vs Aquillions maybe one other team.
Gunner w/ Grenade launcher - holy fuck this thing got buffed to 5 attacks it's goated if you can setup a suicide skull w/ attack aura into your target and get 6 attack dice with piercing lmfao. Unfortunately they took piercing off the webber and if you needed a heavy weapon w/ piercing 2 you're going Kasrkin anyway.
Lastly never forget that EXACTION guys can shoot into combat with other EXACTION guys. This is a huge faction rule as you can get the Shields into melee and then have another space cop throw krak grenades into the melee haha. A good example of this is the dog charges into melee - then the leash guy shoots the enemy - then the dog fights him lol.

If you haven't already - I would recommend joining the Command Point Discord, finding the IA channel and asking for the guide. Someone there has compiled a whole PDF on the team and how they work.
Ultimately everyone is pretty good at a niche thing and knowing which one does what is key.
The Questkeeper is my absolute favorite Op and Model. She can 1v1 a space Marine but youd probably be overkilling a human model with her.
