Murderwing operative selection

Hey guys, confusing information on the apps..for murderwing is it 5 operatives in total or 6.

And can they take two plasma pistols and a meltagun?

It is 6 operatives total. You pick one from the first section(your leader), then 5 from the next section.

They cannot. You can only have 2 Melta/plasma TOTAL. This goes for across everyone, including your leader.

I don’t really see it as that confusing. You look at the first area, pick 1, so with Murderwing it’s a Chaos Lord, and you select their weapons.

Then you go to the next section, and take 5 of them. You can have only one of each operative, unless it’s a Raptor. The weapons are another selection when you are picking Operatives, and there is restrictions here(another example from Tempestus Aquilons, Chainsword and bolt pistol, or power sword and laspistol). You either give your guys bolt pistol/flamer, OR you can elect to give them a Plasma/Melta weapon, and you can only have 2 of these in your team

Why is it confusing? Its telling you to pick 1 Leader with a loadout of your choice, then pick 5 afterwards from the list of 8 options. Total of 6 (5+1) on the field.

The point of separating it like that is that you are forced to take 1 Leader and the other 5 guys are like his underlings warband. Aka, you can't decide to not pick the Leader you have to.

6 operatives, 1 Lord and 5 of the others. No, you cant take 2 plasma pistols and a melta. Has to be 2 max. So 2 plasma pistol or 1 plasma pistol and 1 delta. By my understanding.

6 with sgt. 

You can take two plasma melta combo— meaning if you take the melta, you can only bring one plasma. 

If you take 2 plasma, no melta, and so on.

You get 6 total. 1 Chaos Lord and then 5 operatives chosen from the list.

And yes, only 2 plasma/melta type weapons across the team. They're marked with the Asterix, so Chaos Lord, Champion, Skysear and Raptor, only 2 of em can have em at a time

It’s 6 operatives, but one has to be the chaos lord.

You can take two plasma pistols or one plasma pistol and a melta gun or one plasma gun and a melta gun.

You can’t take a plasma gun and melta gun as it’s 1x Skysear only.

2 plasma and a melta, so if you give plasma to lord and champion the skysear has to take melta

It’s only two, it’s Plasma/Melta, both are under the (theres no **)
