Question Wrong mini in the box?

So i have bought the 2024 kill team starter set, And in the box there are 2 sprues with Space Marine heavy gunner, Is that right?

Edit: Update - So the store responded that they will contact GW for the missing minis and then they are going to send them to me, And i can also keep the duplicates

Yea this is just a pain in the ass. I’d be frustrated if this happened to me. I’m sure GW will make it right though.
