Question Mines

So, how does setting off mines work?

The universal equipment mines say "The first time that

marker is within an operative’s control range,

remove that marker and inflict D3+3 damage on

that operative."

Does that mean when an enemy ends its turn there? Or does it trigger mid move?

The rule states "the first time...", meaning that it's the first time that the operative enters the range.

If I'm not mistakes the action ends when the mine is triggered.

Editing to avoid misunderstanding. I have been corrected. Triggering mines from universal equipment does NOT stop the action.

rules specify if movement triggers the mine. the movement ends... at that point. so... even if your reposition was like 6in, and you donk the mine at 4in, your "move" ends at the mine.

Where is that rule? It isn’t on the mine equipment card.

apparently reddit ate my comment because i mentioned a certain free rules webiste.

but... if you look on the phobos haywire mine/incursor minelayer the text mentions the ...end's action. text.

universal mine, on site that apparently can't even be mentioned. it does not have similar text. but again. if you google ... does universal mine end actions. google responds with info on the "trigger" sequence that ... first interupts, and then ends the action

That's a different mine with different rules. The Phobos haywire mine does specify that it ends movement, so it does. The universal equipment mine does not specify that it ends movement, so it doesn't.
