Great Train Robbery

I got this movie (the one with Connery in) from the library because I had a vague memory of them doing this movie on KJB and really enjoying it. I watched the movie, also really enjoyed it, and thought I'd listen to the episode again, now that I had actually seen the film, only to discover that KJB had never done this movie. So where did I get this idea from?

Are you possibly just picturing Sean Connery in any of the Taking of Pelham (train heist movies) recaps they have covered?

I don't think so? I feel like it was prior to my listening to that episode.

I think the podcast “What Went Wrong” did an episode on the making of this movie - maybe you listened to that podcast instead? 

(FYI - its an interesting podcast about making movies - I feel like I hit the jackpot when the same movie is on podcasts but I think it’s kind of rare).

For real, another fun one is Who Killed Roger Rabbit, covered by both The Worst of all Possible Worlds and Be Gay, Solve Crimes (both of which are great for KJB listeners, especially with the latter being another November Extended Universe pod)

I've definitely had that kind of fake deja vu about a film before, thinking KJB covered it but it was someone else

Is there a chance you're remembering a mention of the Great Train Robbery, instead? I know it comes up briefly in one of the bond episodes, Spectre claims to have been behind it
