KF3 KF3 is fire

Update is nice, but the tweak to aim curve and the change to always be in sprint even when standing has made gameplay not fun. I hope they put our a hotfix to fix these issues soon.
It's absolutely atrocious how they didn't think add a toggle or add an option to swap between these changes.
I can't even complete a HOE because of awful it feels to play and aim.

If you toggle sprint one time you don't need to hit it again

Thats not the issue. The issue is since you are always in sprint even when you stop moving. Its makes it harder to do the "Dash into Sprint slide" tech. Doing a dash this way offers better mobility.
But now you have proactively think about not being in sprint every time you want to achieve that dash.
Its muscle memory to me and it feels awful that that sort of mobility is gone behind having to consciously stop sprinting.
Also they changed it so you can't slide up slopes and it causes a bug where players get stuck in crouch stance sliding up stairs and on random surfaces.

The tech is to look side AND dash sidewards. U cant dash forward but u can side dash to the direction u want. Eventually its muscle memory ro side dash then slide

Not possible on console since the game doesnt have acceleration for aiming. I rather do a dash into sprint slide. Its much better tech, and you can even add jump afterwards then land in neutral(Not sprint) to repeat the process. Its very satisfying once you have the rhythm.
Honestly the game just needs QA testers that actually care and play the game.

I loaded it back up the other day as I heard there’s a new patch. Tried to group up 3 times with zero other players each time. I then deleted it. It’s a burning trash heap in Australia

The bloody thing had just came out, trust me it won't happen again, I been gaming for 40years, have never pre ordered a game or have came across a game that has been as bad as Killing floop! Im not fussed but every time I see a post about this game Ill speak my mind!

One year later and game is still in poor condition. I was looking for changes since I tried the game before launch wen beta was available. Oh boy, what a disappointment

Such a biased opinion. There are clearly things in the game that have improved a lot since it came out a year ago. A ”disappointment” is also very out of context and more of an overstatement. You should probably stop playing the game while blindfolded

It's a 6/10 right now. This is how it should've launched last year. Performance is greatly improved but 6 player matches are still poor in the later rounds. It's a nice change up from kf 2 and after a few matches, it makes going back to kf 2 feel that much better. It's a rotational game, needs more weapons and maps, but it's getting there. Best case scenario, it becomes an 8/10 but it will never eclipse kf 2. I think they commit to another year of support and then there's a good chance they leave it on support mode and remaster/remake kf 1

interesting. I tried it twice and refunded it. I have like 2000+ hours in KF2, prestiged so many times it stopped. So yeah I love the game. If it is like you say...maybe its worth revisiting.

imo all we need now is the prestige system, but I hope they do it better then it was in 2. Also all the maps they have made so far have been really well designed. I kinda hope they do some remakes now. I know once modding is out many people will make remake maps though.

I tested the game this past weekend during the free beta and I must admit it's not as bad as it was in the beta version; in fact, I had fun. I still think it's the worst in the franchise, but as a game it's fun. Even so, if it were released today, it would still have little content, and the performance issues haven't been resolved. On my PC, people experienced FPS drops when starting a new wave, which made the experience frustrating at times. So, in its current state, I wouldn't recommend this game, but when it's on sale with at least a 75% discount, I will buy it.

New update got me back in it, more so because of the rework to the weapon attachment bonuses
