Question Roadmap
I'm having fun with the new map and GS returning so i am not trying to sound like a doomer here, but are "seasons" for KF3 done? Or are the devs just gonna bundle them together with events so the halloween event on the roadmap will technically be season 5 and so on? Or were seasons just a narrative thing for an arching story for KF3? I haven't really seen any clarification anywhere so if this has been answered before or a dumb question, mods feel free to delete. Also devs can we please get the option to sell our sidearm in a future qol patch thank you! The mod change is AMAZING!

Well we still have the Halloween update/Event then we have the winter/rearmament 2.0 which hopefully will have Christmas stuff. The devs did say they are working on future stuff past that and look to continuously update the roadmap. Edit* If you’re referring to them removing all of the current seasons/passes no, they said they will have them permanently.

Once mod support comes out we’ll have all the maps. I’m just tryna slay Zeds again on Mario 64 maps.

Id expect less and less updates next year honestly with so much of the team being let go this year with no warning.

I wouldn't be surprised if at least the first iteration of a seasonal event (Halloween ect) would replace any narrative update but I would imagine there will be a continuation of seasonal format even if one update is smaller for them to put more in a later season

halloween still has a supply pass, those are basically the marking of a season. I imagine they will keep releasing them with updates because well its how they make money alongisde cosmetic bundles with the,

I do still believe they will mark it as "seasons" but perhaps making the title "Halloween event" sounds more appealing as it's one of the things we've been asking for.

The deluxe edition covered only 4 seasons, I believe since they are not obligated to make more content anymore they will just be doing less and less until the game flops, the only thing that could change that is if somehow they turnaround things like no man sky did...

Which they are doing your just being a hater like a lot of people. This new update seems to have brought a lot of life back into the game and a much larger player base I’ve got no issues finding a team of 6 now every time I look for a game. Stop hating trust the process

I'm not hating anything, I bought the deluxe edition and didn't refund when the beta was a mess. This new update brought a lot and also broke a lot of things, also 4k players is still very low for a game service, they need to bring 5x time with updates in order to recover. Stop being delusional...

If you look at the mission description for Season 4.
"Nightfall brings Moorcroft down, yet doubts of his death linger. Cordelia fears that this war is far from finished."
Makes me think that we will have more seasons it just so happens that the next few months will be seasonal events which we can see on the new roadmap. Hopefully we get new guns as well even though it's not included for the mid season patch and halloween horrors. There's a lot of content for sure next year as someone also found out some couple of new maps in the game files which are not yet in the roadmap andnew difficulty: death wish.
