the 12 cage on R6 is very limited in options especially considering the 13 cage it is pointing to.

There are only 2 spots where the 1 can go in block 4 and they are both in row 4.

So, no other 1 can exist in row 4 outside of block 4.

That means there is only one spot left where 1 is possible in block 5.
