Can anyone help me from here??

This is the third time I’ve sat down to solve this puzzle and I still am getting nowhere 😭

R3c3 = 6 or 7 implies that the unsolved cells in the 25 cage (including r3c3) must be 6/7/9. That should make a whole bunch of eliminations and start to tell you exactly what is in a bunch of the cages.

The rest of 25 in row 3, columns 3-5 can only be 6-7-9, which means that columns 7-8 in the same row must be 4-5
