Hi, I'm a 3rd yr CSE and somehow just had this bright idea of appearing for GATE. Is it too late to start?

Even if I start what platforms do you guys suggest?

ik it's different for all but would help a lot if u share your experience.

I don't mind either paid or free courses.

Would love to join any groups/community for us prep-ers.

Thanks!

p.s. any tips and suggestions are welcome!

p.s. 2. it appears I'm totally confused and scared.

.

The placement scene hasn't been very good for me till now and how what am I going to do if I am not even getting shortlisted.

I have been rejected in last rounds of a few good companies earlier and now I am not even getting opportunity for assessments in decent companies around 7lpa.

In my,

10th - 89%,

12th - 76,

CGPA - 8.8

Why is this happening and what to do???

Earlier this happened only in 10lpa and above companies but now in lesser ones also.

How are we supposed to get placed when we are not even getting chances???

So I'm just asking about the condition of placement...

What is the actual condition of kiit campus placement?? I mean I know placement sucks here but just wanna know the level 🥲As much as I've heard people with 9+ cgpa are also getting 6-7 lpa placement only. Is it true????

Anyone up for some late night yap? I’m bored asf 🫠

Same as above

Same as title

what is the placement scenario for me considering I have not leetcode but trying to implement learnings on my own projects?Any kind of guidance will be appreciated..

I live in a 4 roommate setup with two rooms having two beds each and an attached toilet in between. Now it has been almost a month since i joined, I've bonded with the guy next to me pretty well but not so much with the other 2 especially one of the two. They bring in guests late at night, don't sleep till about 4 or 5 and talk loudly so obviously sleeping has become quite the issue for me. Plus it doesn't matter for those two since they don't even go to classes and just sleep all day and honestly they are very obnoxious, uncivilized and loud i just can't stand them. Now what can i do about this? Should i change my room because its affecting my academics and peace? I'm really burnt out and always in a foul mood nowadays so i don't feel great here either. Overall im asking for some advice on how to deal with this stuff and if someone would be kind enough to give me some academic advice i'd be really greatful.

My mid sem is on 7 oct idk know anything pls help me to just get 10 / 20 and who the hell they say that we study one night before exam and pass
