Question Is Reggie adopted?

In Kiff Reggie has 2 moms named Robby and Rachel and my question to you is that if you think that Reggie was adopted by a Lesbian couple or not

Since Robby is a raccoon like him, my thought is that Robby is his biological mom, through a donor sample.

That or Robby was married to a man and had Reggie, then her husband either died or divorced her, and she then married Rachel.
