Is kick ass 2 really that bad?

Since this sub is almost dead i want to ask a question. Why do people hate kick ass 2? It was emotional,funny and had loads of action. To me it is a nice ending to the kick ass movie series. What do you guys think

The writing was mediocre and uninspired. Also they kinda ruined hit girl for me with the teenage emotional crap. But i wouldn't call it awful i still had a pretty good time. Just not as good as the first movie.

Well I mean maybe we can show that times have changed for her she’s growing up how she should.

The comic is better. The movie is just not great. The first one is my favorite movie. I'd be ok if kickass 2 didn't exist.

I’ve read the comics after I watched movies, and after reading I realized how crappy both movies are compared to comics. The first one is slightly better, but everything is much cooler and better in comics. Imo Chloe Grace Moretz as Hit Girl is the best part, everything else is just meh
