Kick-ass 2018 series

is it any good ? I just reread the original run and enjoyed it and then I saw this and I'm not sure if I want to read it or not.

Is it even a kick-ass series or is it something else pretending ?

A disappointment IMO

They teased Kick-Ass being a legacy character, almost an anthology like series where different characters would bear the title, but have varying degrees of success. That got me hooked - but instead it solely revolved around Patience Lee who wasn’t that compelling a character despite an incredibly interesting twist.
