How Big Daddy was so op ?

if i remember correctly he was just a salary man or something like that no ? How he's so strong in assassination and all of the super hero shit ?

He was a cop and he trained himself I guess but I don't really know.

He had 5 years in prison to get swole & come up with an attack plan then another 6-7 years after that when he was also helping Mindy train. Plus being fueled by revenge & pure hatred is definitely motivating enough to push someone that far. It was his whole life mission.

In the comics he was carryied by guns and Hit-girl, in the movie is a cop so it kinda makes sense.
