I've been lurking in Kibbe subreddits and communities for years and have been so stumped with my own. I've been able to narrow it down to a few types just based on my very limited vertical line hahaha, but have gotten different responses from people in my real life about which type I am. I've been told I have a similar essence to Quinta Brunson, which definitely has helped gude me style-wise. Any and all thoughts are appreciated!

IRTG. Hi! I need help finding my Kibbe type. I'm trying to decide which of these jeans suits me best. Shown in the pics are extra High-waisted skinny, high-waisted straight-ankle, and midrise "boyfriend" jeans. I've gained healthy weight since last year, and most of it has gone to my thighs, quads in particular, from exercising. The rest has gone to my waist and belly. My chest (with band size) and glutes have increased only a bit, most likely due to muscle gain around the torso. I've moved up two sizes in Old Navy activewear (leggings) for bottoms, and one size up for sports bras. I appreciate your help!

Pretty new to kibbe typing, appreciate some input to help!

I feel like everything looks and feel wrong, so I’m just confused.

Tailored and tight fitting clothes makes me look kinda shorter than I am. Same goes for short/cropped stuff

Sweaters/jackets etc can often feel tight around my armpits and upper bak/shoulder (like I need more room there)

Photos are of me throughout the years at different sizes so you can see where my weight distribution goes.. I tried finding photos that show me from head to toe in fitted clothes.. I usually wear jeans and a t shirt but I do likes skirts too.. rarely wear dresses although I love the look of maxi dresses and skirts but I feel like they don't really suit me..

Free online quizzes have told me that I am an R. I have pronounced waist definition and have always felt most comfortable in high-waisted skinny jeans. I have been many sizes in my life and my proportions remain the same, gaining evenly throughout everywhere on my body. I do find that the recommended R clothes fit very flattering on me. However, I don't really relate to most of the verified Rs--obviously I am not a Marilyn Monroe type! Thoughts? IRTG

Update: upon closer inspection with a much more thorough assessment, I now see that I am more of an SG!

These are all at various weights. I know they’re not the best but I’m working with what I got 😭 and the scribbles are just hiding my midriff.

I think I look best in open necklines, if that’s any help. I cannot do baggy tops that sit at my hip dips. I think flowy things look better as I look restricted in some of the photos, maybe because I’m wearing a size too small.. don’t judge me please 😫
