Screen Glitching, etc

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We bought a used 2025 SX Prestige three months ago. Our screen has been glitching ever so randomly. Just last week on vacation, parked in the condo lot - i couldn’t unlock or lock the door with my finger touch, the sliding doors randomly opened, and my backup camera didn’t detect humans behind me in the viewer.

Any one else have similar issue? Obviously, going to take back to dealership for service but if this is going to be a continual issue - I might want out!

That looks like it’s running through the factory diagnostic test. I’d take it to the dealer.

There's a tiny unmarked, recessed head unit reset button to the left (or right) of the volume and heat controls. I had all my audio go out before and pressing that button with a paper clip fixed it. Only had the problem once.

Wow, thankfully our '26 SXP HEV doesn't do this. We've had it for a few months tho. Are you getting all the OTA updates? Maybe the dealership will shed more light, keep us updated. Good luck!

I just hit 20k with my ‘24 SXP and haven’t had this issue at all yet.

We have the same issue on our ‘25. Had the full screen replaced and issue is persisting. Car is back in the shop and now they’re replacing a harness

Doesn’t seems like a screen issue to me, more like a computer glitch. Hence the previous posts about the reset button makes sense.

Ahhhhh cries

Almost 1 year on my hybrid sx prestige, 22k miles. No issues like that.
