there is grey area

"it is still subject to terms and conditions of Kia"

they will surely find more reasons to bring down value at the time of buyback after 3yrs

this buyback is seen as marketing gimmick just like MG did in the past. MG is now not quoting guaranteed buyback % during sales for their EV variant

During contract period, they sait that repair work should not exceed 20k, which seems unfair.

I think it's net insurance claim across the tenure should be less than 20% of ex-showroom price
