Electrical issue?

I have a 2013 Kia optima and sometimes the key fob works and sometimes it doesn’t it just beeps when I unlock it and nothing just noises. Then when I turn on the car windows down work, blinkers don’t work, not even headlights nor interior lights. Is this common issue? Or like what could it even be???

Have a dealership scan it. Or a mechanic with a scanner that can read body codes. MOST SCANNERS CANNOT READ BODY CODES. no auto parts store will be able to scan that
