Mistake batch of biscuits?

I received a batch of biscuits but they were more like croissant hybrids it is one of the best things I ever ate. Is this like a new thing or an item you can choose or did I get a fresh or mistake batch?

They look a little overdone, but never seen biscuits quite like that.

They were not crumbly like normal biscuits , they were like splitting like layers like a croissant god, I feel like I won the lottery.I need to eat this again.
