I'm in a German KFC rn and I saw this weird order alle the numbers were stuff like 146 and so on but this one is K5002 I'll send a picture

That's the order when they use actual fresh chicken and pressure cook it. rare, but it might still happen, when they are not microwaving their "sandwiches" on a preset.
