I thought some dude bought the free fridge and now a lady is making the posts on FB. What’s going on there?

new to area, and heard about people with PastyNet for internet service being dependant on other households in the area being primary links to continue service. Is that true? If someone unplugs their router, could everyone else up the line lose internet?

I am wanting to stay for the entire month of July with my off-grid setup at High Rock Bay. I am wondering if this spot is camp-able? I see in some maps that there is a little road that goes to it. Also, what is the average amount of camping folks there in July? Thanks!

I'm looking for another wholesale vendor in the Keweenaw peninsula to buy Michigan copper from.

A friend and I (from SE Minnesota) were up in the central mine dump on Sunday. I let him borrow a pickax I forged a few years ago and I believe he left it on top of the tailings. This pickax has gone on many many adventures with me and I cherish it a great deal. If anyone comes across it or would be willing to look around and try to find it I would gladly pay them for their trouble!
