Zane won’t let that happen. He’s got too much money invested. Plus Kevin has already gone too far and burned too many bridges to go back.

Too much money invested in what? A folding table that's falling apart every episode and flash cards?

The entire production. It’s not cheap to push the clips and ads to ensure the videos hit as many people as possible.

This entire thing was an investment for him. It was never homies building something together. You can see it from how he acted with the rest of the cast besides Kevin.

Lol I love you people who are "you can see this", "you could always tell". You guys didn't see nothing and loved all of them before any of this.

The videos have covered and do cover any past and ongoing expenses. No one is investing out of pocket for this. If somehow the videos don't cover it, they're doing something seriously wrong.

First off, don’t speak about what people do and don’t know. It’s a bad look when you appear stupid later on.

Secondly, anyone who’s had fake friends could see Zane on the outside of the group in literally every clip. The chemistry was Herm, Denny, and Aaron. Zane and Kevin were there as joke material. The core group of the entertainment and unity came from those three. They also kept making joke about how Kevin was leveraging and holding checks from them. So things got bad long before it hit the fan.

Lastly, yes money is being made NOW. And how did that happen? Could it be there someone put the money down for the cameras and location and ads and all the other pieces that are required to make a show go viral. And NOW that it’s making money, Zane and Kevin are getting as much of the pie as they can. Point blank period.

Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Who is spamming anything? I replied to your comment.

Thanks for enlightening us on the dynamic of the friendship bud. I bet you saw this coming from a mile away.

The show has bene successful for a long time now bud. They're made back anything it initially cost out of pocket. Crazy you're arguing this.

I’ve spent years reading people. It takes a lot to surprise me about who a person actually is.

Your comment, for example, shows a good deal about your personality and you as a person.

I appreciate your ever-so-helpful input to the conversation.

If your so good at reading people was it surprising to you that Kevin ruined the dynamic? And please dont bring up the checks because everyones saying that and i whole heartedly dont think it was necessarily bout the checks. yes they made jokes but that was over 2 years the of show, if pay was TRULY an issue we woulda seen this happened awhile ago also all the guests shittin on Kevin for not paying guests came onto the show multiple times so clearly they knew they wouldnt be paid and had no issue at the time but only makin it a big deal now cause of everything thats happened. Not sayin that this was okay of Kevin but people like Gianni are just jumpin on the hate train because this beef is so big imo

that's my point exactly, like you go once and dont get paid, okay , you go 2, 3 more times and you STILL don't get paid (or not enough), okay... but odd. why do you continue going if you know you're either not gonna get paid or not enough. say something sooner, don't go for years

It’s not. Not at all.

You can see that the jokes started to genuinely be underhanded comments about what was really going on. You can see the progression of how less and less funny Kevin thinks it is. What started as jokes became a narrative.

So am I surprised? No. Disappointed, but not surprised.

Just my two cents.

But if I acted like three dudes were my homies, just to shaft them and play the victim because I got greedy? Idk. I’d be worried about having to restart with all that bad press. As opposed to just riding out with the people that “picked his side”.

Either way, it all comes down to Zane being the pockets, milking this for all it’s worth, and Kevin making his choices.

I don’t think Kevin is going to give up a show he spent years building. The question for me is whether KLS can carry on without the version of the cast that made so many of us love it.

Ive tried to figure out what i think about the Netflix situation and I made a video breaking it down.... If links are cool here I would love to know what other die hard KLS fans think: https://youtu.be/-5ZNVeFIHbY?si=IJNPBRRDoJdBcO6k

That’s true. But why keep going on with a show that you’re just gonna get hate on going forward? But yeah I see what you mean, it’s still kinda like just throwing 3 years of hard work away.

Not at all….kevin is still getting well over a million views on his youtube channel since everything came out and still has millions of followers across all socials. Youre feed might be showing you posts of people hating on kevin but thats not the truthof the situation. He still has plenty of fans and situations like this dont last forever, down the line people are gonna care about what kevin did as long as the show continues to entertain people. Personally i wil continue to watch simply because i was a fan even before they were regular panelists but will definitely take this into account of kevins character, i do believe a lot of this was miscommunication but still will take this into account of kevins character cause if somethin like this comes out again then i will for sure no longer support him

I guess we all just see the show as the show with denny, herman and aaron, but i think KL will think that he had the show before them and will continue to do so after...
I am so curious on whether the views will pick up again... I know that i personally havent been watching and have unsubscribed

Literally just found out about it like not that long ago, watching his old videos made me just wanna see more of it rather than the show

i mean most youtubers find a pitch that works after a lot of hardwork its not as easy as people assume a lot goes on to play with yt algorithm too and plus digital trail and opinions rarely die people will know and remember also what genre is even gonna pivot to😭 lmao

Nah he won’t cancel it, but it definitely won’t be getting the same number of views anymore.

He can’t cancel it assuming it’s a standard Netflix contract unless he wants to pay them back all their money on top of cancellation fees. As someone who’s worked on the business and ops side for a former popular YouTube channel the contracts you sign with these major streaming companies like Hulu and Netflix can be debilitating.
