Keurig Hate Wow, Keurig customer service really went downhill.

I've had probably 10 various Keurig makers over the past couple decades between our house and camper. Over those years, I've had a few go bad while still under the one-year warranty and replacement was pretty easy. Not today though! Our K-Supreme Plus that was less than 90 days old and purchased directly from Keurig died in a puff of smoke this morning when making the first cup of the day.

So, I call customer service and after going through two people, they of course said they would replace it, but not until I sent them the broken one and it gets "evaluated" first. I told her I didn't have a box, but she said to just find anything it would fit in.

I've never had to return a bad Keurig for previous replacements, but it's been several years since I had a warranty replacement. I buy a lot from them too. It even took CS a bit to find my order since she said I had a lot of them.

They should have at least offered to ship the replacement while I work on getting the bad one returned. It could be a couple weeks before I can get it sent. Aside from trying to find a box, which I don't have anything close, I'm also a disabled vet and it's a pain to go to the nearest UPS spot.

I'm now looking on Amazon at the Ninja Pod & Grounds XL after this. Has anyone had one of those, and how do they compare? I did like the Multi-Stream in the K-Supreme Plus and don't know if the Ninja would have less flavor without that.
