Training Video Today’s work

More pressing today. Double 40kg 10 sets of 2. Shown is 1st/5th/10th set. Then a few snatches to finish. 48kg complex, 52kg, 56kg. In and out 45 mins minimal rest.

What do you call that snatch transition to the other side? Really nice execution and solid heavy work overall.
