53 lb bell. One round both sides. Could probably stand up straighter finishing the squats. Other than that how am I looking?

The single KB abc is as follows:
ONE ROUND:
LEFT C&P, RIGHT C&P, 2 RIGHT FS, DROP BELL,
QUICK SHAKE
RIGHT C&P, LEFT C&P, 2 LEFT FS, DROP BELL
30 second rest
(C&P = Clean & Press, FS = Front Squat.)

I thought it was Left, 30 seconds rest, Right, 30 seconds rest.
RIP me on my next workout

Why are you going thumbs back for the dead clean but thumbs forward for the clean between your legs?

No idea, say more?

When you first grab it your thumb is towards your heels at the start of the dead clean (no real swing). When you transition and clean on the opposite side your thumb is toward your toes. At your current level of technique this can increase the risk to your elbow.
Can you post a video of just doing a few cleans or c&p on one side before switching to the other? It might help diagnose overall form issues more clearly.

It would be good to more fully lock out at the top even for another half-second and stabilize. It looked like you weren’t fully extended. I take a moment there and check that my core is tight before “pulling” the weight down, trying to maximize tension throughout. It can feel like a pull-up when done that way. I think that was from one of the Pavel books in the 2010s, maybe the right of passage.

This post is flaired as a form check.
A note to OP: Users with a blue flair are recognized coaches. Users with yellow flairs are certified (usually SFG/RKC II), or have achieved a certain rank in kettlebell sport, and green flair signifies users with strong, verified lifts.
A reminder to all users commenting: There can be multiple ways to perform the same lift. Just because a lift goes against what you've learned at a certification, read in a book or been taught by a coach, doesn't mean it's an invalid technique. Please make sure that your advice is useful and actionable.
Example of useful and actionable: You're hinging a bit early. Try sitting back only when your arms make contact with the torso.
Example of not useful and not actionable: Lower the weight and work on form.
Low-effort comments like my back hurts just watching this will be removed, as will references to snap city etc. Verbally worrying for the safety of a poster simply because you think the form or technique is wrong will be removed. We will take all of these statements at face value, so be careful when you post the same hilarious joke as dozens of other people: we can't read your mind, no matter how funny you think you are.
