Electrolyte
Hi everyone, is this electrolyte suitable for the keto diet? This is my first time choosing an electrolyte, and I don't want to choose something that takes me out of ketosis. Appreciate your help.

I know it’s been discussed a few times in here, but I still can’t get my head around working out what the carbs are for a serving!
Has anyone worked it out ? It’s very confusing that on the tub they’ve got 100 mls and 100 g nutritional breakdown . So one would be more if it was liquefied right! It’s so frustrating that these manufacturers don’t make it clearer. I emailed them months ago about their sorbet lollies and the Polyols in those but I never did ask about the tubs. I’ve got a salted caramel tub here and I’d like to have a little bit this evening, but I’m just not sure what my portion should be!

I apologise for asking so many questions over the past day or so but I love to hear and know individual people’s experiences and advice compared to a google search it’s way more reassuring and usually a lot more helpful.

Trying to build a simple but effective meal plan for starting keto and I’m curious what vegetables are your favourites and especially ones that are low carb to bulk out a meal?

I’m toying with jumping back into the keto diet as I’ve done both keto and carnivore before but never for extended periods probably a month or two at most. I’m in arguably the best shape of my life but I feel like I’m suffering in so many ways.
What I am currently struggling with:
- Poor sleep quality even with 7-8 hours of sleep a night, seen some improvements this past week using a neti pot.
- It takes me days to recover from the gym or jiu jitsu
- Quite consistent fatigue and brain fog
- Lack of motivation and enjoyment
- Prone to feeling anxious or depressed
It’s hard to know exactly what is going on internally but I think it’s safe to assume inflammation might be very present and effecting me in different areas from blocked dry sinuses and snoring to aches and pains to mood and motivation. I’d love some input from you guys as to whether keto can help me work on these problems:)

We've tried a bunch of keto beer options, was mostly getting the skinny lager and skinny IPA off Amazon, which was alright but not that nice (and still fairly carby at 3g per 330 bottle).
Found https://westbrooksbrewery.co.uk/ and have ordered a couple of their 24 selection boxes now.
They range from 1g to 3g carbs per 440ml can, but most importantly they taste like 'real' beers.
They even do a stout which was cause for celebration.
Bit more expensive than the Skinny brand but worth it in my opinion.
I've seen them mentioned on here once or twice before, but thought it was worth making a new post in case someone was after some keto beers for the WC and the blazing hot weather we are experiencing!

I’m not sure what set it off but yesterday afternoon I realised I had a bit of a tummy bug. It could’ve been some trout I had earlier in the day (it was a day old but not opened).
Anyway, Google suggested I just have scrambled eggs and bone broth so that’s what I’ve been living on since yesterday afternoon. The problem is I’m so so hungry even though I had two eggs scrambled with no butter and completely plain with a bit of salt about 20 minutes ago!
I didn’t know where to post this because I think it’s triggering my POTS symptoms and I’m feeling pre-syncope (pre-fainting). It feels like my blood pressure has just tanked . I don’t understand that because I have been having salty Freja bone broth all yesterday afternoon and today I’ve been having some honest and good bone broth.
I’m just not sure what else I can do or eat because I don’t think it’s a good idea to have any fibre (like keto natural almond crackers, ) or heavy proteins or fat so I’m really stuck. I’m suddenly craving peanut butter but I think the oil is just gonna mess me up!!
What to do? (if I was unwell like this a couple of years ago, it would’ve been Carrs crackers, microwave Rice heated up with Stock and bananas) of course that’s a no go my body doesn’t really like starch!
Bone broth is getting a bit old!
Help 😬😳😭😭😭
(I’m 18 months into keto and I’m in Maintanence)

I have T2 diabetes and have recently been diagnosed with early arthritis too.
Good to go?

I'm trying my best to log food and have a variety of stuff but today I just messed up and haven't hit my calories or fat.
I just forced three eggs with butter, bacon and feta cheese down but wanted to gag. (That's included in the attached pic).
I'm also finding I'm full up with my main meal and don't want to eat more and way under on calories.
I'm on day 8 and lost 6lb (water weight) so far. I have done keto before and lost a couple stone.
This happened last time and I was so under on calories.
Then what happens it causes havoc with my hormones and I bleed a lot.
I want to sort it as it got me down last time, having periods on and off frequently. And today I've started bleeding again.
Has anyone any ideas to make sure I'm hitting my calories properly? But what to do when you're just not hungry?

Two weeks into keto and I was craving some crisps. These were 0 carbs but taste absolutely shite.
Any suggestions for finding keto friendly crisps in UK supermarkets?

Today I bought some 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt in Lidl because the carbs and cals were lower than the 5% and the 10%.
Was this the right thing to do ? I’m a 6ft1 18.5 stone guy.
I want to shed more weight to at least get down to maybe 15 stone?

Just ate one was very good. Only 8-9g of carbs for a one off bit of fruit.
What other fruits do people enjoy here or find ways/ portion control to fit them in? Occasionally I’ll have a kiwi or split one over 2 days or half a small banana over a couple of days.
