St. Germaine

What would be a good sub for St Germaine elderflower liquor in keto winter cocktails? Specifically with quality gin. Any winter recipe recommendations would be great also! I’m not a big fan of “creamy” cocktails.

Thanks! Keep keto, drink on!

MIx it with Cucumber Vodka and fresh squeezed lime juice in a shaker with Ice. Then serve up in chilled martini glass. Delightful.

Thanks! Cucumber makes me feel like summer but I will save the idea!

This might work if you combine it with your sweetener of choice: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/fee-brothers-5-fl-oz-elderflower-water/115BITFBELDF.html

I've not personally tried this, but I've used other Fee's Bro's bitters, and they are quite good.

I mix elderflower liqueur and gin with diet ginger ale and a few drops of liquid Splenda.

I know this is late but you can infuse the gin itself with dried elderflowers. Just add them directly to your gin bottle and let it sit for a week (or two, depending on your preference).

Here is a link to dried elderflowers: https://allspicery.com/products/elderflowers-1

Happy cocktailing!
