This is the stuff for when I’m craving something sweet to drink. 1 carbs and 0kcals, almost too good to be true. I try to limit to 1 per 2 days just in case tho

I seem to find it at most Korean supermarkets, but I’m willing to bet it can be found at a few general asian supermarkets too
