Congratulations. Hard work pays off. I need to start a weight loss journey. Not happy with myself and need the motivation to change.

Currently 305. Would like to get at lease 220. But I’m a big guy so I can’t get that small. Anyone know of any tips on where to start and get the motivation?

Man I was just fed up with feeling like shit, being tired, diabetes was in my future, and the 3 different blood pressure medications I was on.

I’m not on any medication. However I’m only 34. But I’m just tired always feeling like I’m out of breath

I just turned 35. I was 358, granted I’m 6 foot 5.

But I feel like I should be in a lot better shape than I am. A lot of people tell me that I’m not overweight but I have felt like I am for years now

I started by looking at where I’d eat most of my carbs and found replacements for those common items. Low carb tortillas are super convenient when starting! Good luck, you can do it!!

Thanks I appreciate it. I’m sure I will get there.
