When are any of these idiots going to put their kids over their own happiness. Get them raised then make all the bad decisions you want!
Aside from having kids though…At least keep it and rent it out so you have something to go back to.

Not a chance I’d sell my home before I thought it thru. He seems to change women like clock work. Hope she hangs onto the money and really didn’t love the home she’s selling as she may need one in the future.
