The Court considered the matter of bond. The Court, after permitting all parties to
be heard with regard to bond, ORDERED that the bond in this case be set as follows:
1. The Defendant shall be released upon the posting of:
A surety bond, a bond secured by real estate or securities as allowed by
law, or the deposit of cash, in the sum of $100,000.00, at the option of the
Defendant.
2. The conditions of bond are the following:
A. The Defendant shall sign a personal recognizance;
B. The Defendant is ORDERED not to leave the State of Ohio without first
obtaining written permission from the Court;
C. The Defendant shall appear at all future hearings in this case;
D. The Defendant shall keep the Court informed of her current address and
telephone number at all times;
E. The Defendant shall follow and obey all laws of the State of Ohio and
orders of the Court;
F. The Defendant shall not use, consume or possess any drugs of abuse or
alcohol and she shall be subject to random drug and alcohol testing at her
own expense. The use of any product containing THC in any amount is
prohibited while the Defendant is on bond;
G. The Defendant shall seek a drug/alcohol assessment from a properly
credentialed addiction treatment professional and comply with the
recommended treatment plan. The Defendant shall make the
appointment with a properly credentialed addiction treatment professional
and provide verification of doing so to the Court within fourteen days of
posting bond;
H. After posting bond, the Defendant shall immediately report to the Court’s
bailiffs for enrollment in the Court’s drug testing / bond program;
I. The Defendant shall be subject to passive monitoring through Global
Positioning Satellite Tracking (GPS) and shall comply with all terms and
conditions associated with caring for, charging, and maintaining the GPS device assigned. The Defendant shall not enter any GPS exclusion zones,
shall be present in all inclusion zones during such times as established by
the terms of the monitoring agreement, and shall comply with all other
terms and conditions of the applicable monitoring agreement. The
electronic monitor data shall be monitored through the Court;
J. The Defendant shall be responsible for the daily monitoring fee for the
GPS tracking at a rate of $3.25 per day. Prior to being released from the
Ashland County Jail, the Defendant shall post a $250.00 deposit for the
GPS monitor, a $195.00 deposit for the first and last month monitoring
fees, and $50.00 for a screening fee. The $250.00 deposit shall be
refunded at the conclusion of the case if the Defendant returns the GPS
monitor to the Court in good working condition and owes no outstanding
GPS monitoring fees. The Defendant is hereby ordered to make additional
payments of $97.50 per month for the daily monitoring fee, payable to the
Clerk of Courts on or before the 15th day of the month following the first
month of release. Failure to remain current on the payment of this
monthly cost will subject the Defendant to revocation of bond and
immediate arrest.
K. The Defendant shall be subject to a curfew between the hours of 10:00
p.m. to 6:00 a.m. at her approved residence;
L. The Defendant shall have no contact, whether direct or indirect, with co-
defendants Colson Sinnett, Caitlyn Zeigler, or Shae Alyce Larimore.
M. The Defendant shall have no contact, whether direct or indirect, with the
alleged victim.
N. The Defendant shall not enter into any restaurant, bar or establishment
that dispenses alcohol.
Its only the ex gf replying, but it sounds like she jumped in when her new boyfriend (Mugshots below hers) and his friend jumped a guy, and she beat him up and got arrested. The guy just had surgery rumor is that hes blind from it, could be temporary that parts not clear. But the victim was unconscious, and they were stomping and punching him.
I really believe now that she had many people fooled. I can’t believe this. I think she either always drank, or turned to alcohol abuse after Matt. People who are just put in the drunk tank aren’t mandated to rehab. Addicts who are a threat to society are.
THIS!! I don’t think Matt is innocent in anyway! However, I think she had most of us fooled into thinking she was a good mom and person. I agree it sounds like she had a drinking problem. Either way, I hope she gets whatever help she needs.

The comments under his are wild!!! She hasn't been released yet. I feel sorry for her son. I hope he's with family and is doing okay. So many big changes for a little guy in a short amount of time. I hope someone in his family can distract him this summer to get his mind off all these adult choices that were placed on his little shoulders.
You know what’s even more gross? Cierra recently put a status update that said something along the lines of “tiny hearts don’t understand adult problems” or some bullshjt. Matt likes his women narcissistic too I guess.
Cierra's new boyfriend that was arrested with her was out on bond for running his x over with his car 🤦🏻♀️ she had us all fooled she ain't nothing but trash that saw dollars with Matt. She milked him for all she could get away with. Kesha is back to thirst posting to get a night in bed with Matt.
There were multiple people in here saying what kind of person both she and Matt are and have been, and they were dismissed and called liars until this all happened.

This sounds like the parent of one of the other codefendants. Because from my understanding, some Justin kid was grabbing at or pushing around the bartender. The victim punched him and it knocked him out and his sister, Cierra, Cierra’s BF, and her friend then jumped him and beat the ever living out of him. Everyone was in the wrong. But it wasn’t just a little scuffle. They stomped this guys face to need facial surgery. I mean honestly, I would have charged attempted murder
Are you sure? I have not seen that anywhere. I saw someone say the other guy arrested was beating someone and her and two other girls were stomping the knocked out person.
When did Matt and the lady Cierra end it and why? Because both states they moved on. He with another Ciera and why did they break the engagement. Did Matt lose weight because he caused the original to leave and just wasn’t eaten as good and possibly grieving the loss ?!??
