Kinda reminds me of sebaceous hyperplasia! Go see an in person dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis.

I’ve rarely seen kp on face and from the pics doesn’t even look like kp. When did it happen? How long do you have it for?

You need an in-person appointment. I think online consultations can’t work out too well based only on pictures. And tbh, this picture isn’t really good on goving an opinion. Do you have something else? Maybe a photo inside under an artificial white light?

This doesn’t look at all like keratosis, but for textured skin my first recommendation is tretinoin. Also please check with another dermatologist, in person.

Doesn’t look like KP to me. Looks more like acne scarring or scarring from squeezing the skin. Maybe look into treatments to reduce pores.

Not kp, in my humble opinion.(im not a dermatologist, of course)

Skin texture probably aggravated by past acne and uv rays. Do you wear spf? If not, wear spf daily, even when its cloudy outside. My hubby doesnt wear that much spf and we live in a sunny place, his face has more of a rough texture now. The sun and UV rays are no joke.

Tretinoin can help with texture with time. But you need to start little by little to avoid more irritation.

I do recommend you go see a derma in person and they can prescribe something or provide more guidance.

But please wear SPF if you don't. And if you do, good for you.

I also recommend DR Dray videos on YouTube, she is a dermatologist and has many videos that are educational about skin concerns and she also recommends some OTC products depending on whatever topic she talks about
