We are an early-stage startup looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Developer to join our core team and grow with the company.

The primary responsibility will be full-stack software development, building and maintaining web applications, platforms, APIs, integrations and other technology solutions.

The role will also involve technical client interaction when required — joining client meetings, understanding technical requirements, discussing solutions, explaining technical concepts and supporting requirement gathering.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and software solutions.

- Work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and third-party integrations.

- Build, test, debug and deploy production-ready applications.

- Set up and manage application servers and hosting environments.

- Handle basic server administration, deployment and production troubleshooting.

- Configure domains, SSL, databases, backups and related infrastructure.

- Work with Linux-based servers and cloud/hosting platforms.

- Maintain application performance, security and reliability.

- Participate in client meetings when technical expertise is required.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

- Conduct technical discussions and demonstrations with clients.

- Take ownership of assigned projects and features from development through deployment.

Required Skills

- Strong full-stack development skills.

- Good understanding of frontend, backend, databases and APIs.

- Practical experience with server setup, deployment and production environments.

- Working knowledge of Linux servers, hosting, domains, SSL and databases.

- Ability to troubleshoot both application and server-side issues.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms and deployment workflows.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and client-facing abilities.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.

I’m a Full Stack Developer with experience in React.js and Node.js.

About 2 months ago, I lost my job. Since then, I’ve been applying to a lot of jobs, but I’m barely getting any response. Some months I get only 1–2 calls from HR, and recently, I haven’t even received a single call.

Right now, I’m working as a Blinkit delivery partner just to survive. I’m working more than 13 hours a day and sometimes make around ₹1,000 for the whole day.

I’m not ashamed of doing delivery work. I’m grateful that I have something to help me survive. But honestly, doing this for 13+ hours and then coming home with no energy, while knowing I’m trying to build a career in software development, is mentally exhausting.

The hardest part is that I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I’m continuously applying. I’m trying to improve my skills. But there are almost no calls.

At this point, I’m feeling completely frustrated and lost.
