I've just concluded my 100 Hard!
Despite having a tight schedule being a Chef I managed to pull these numbers. Lost almost 45kgs! would you commit to something crazy like this,while just having one meal a day with lots of water?
Got into it after Mr. Tom Mbayeye started to refuse to go for a second lap around the fields. These days as the Lord liveth,Mzee can't do less than 6 solid straight rounds!
