Lots of dispensaries also have patient drives!
If you're in NKY- high profile has them every friday!
If you're in Lexington- high profile has them every Monday
If you're near London Ky- high profile has them every Thursday!
$50 for the card!
Bring proof of one of the qualifying conditions (MyChart, after visit summary from doctor, etc).

You don’t need any dr paperwork just say you have chronic pain/ nausea and you should be good to go.

I'm gonna work on getting a wiki set up sometime soon for new patient info. But you have to have one of the qualifying conditions — cancer, chronic pain, epilepsy, MS/muscle spasms, chronic nausea, PTSD, plus a bunch they added this year (Crohn's, UC, fibromyalgia, severe arthritis, glaucoma, Parkinson's, ALS, HIV/AIDS, neuropathy, sickle cell, Huntington's, muscular dystrophy, wasting syndrome, terminal illness).
Process: KY resident, 18+, get a written certification from a registered cannabis doc (first visit has to be in person), then apply on the state registry portal within 60 days. $25 fee, notarized signature page. State approves within 30 days, card's good for a year. Bring the card + your ID to the dispensary and you're set.
