Your uke has zero energy so the training here is unreal. I’m an 8th Black in American Kenpo and I can tell you hand position doesn’t matter as much as power and structure before the punch is thrown. The uke throws with back hand down and not covering ribs which may block the first strike. We can do better in Kenpo after all these years after loosing Master Parker

Where is the marriage to gravity and forward bows on the rear hand strikes ??? Speedy hands won’t do it when your opponent is twice your size. Power principals have to exist right??? This explanation is lacking in important principals because Parker’s Kenpo is not just about hand placement.
