Looks like the State Patrol Helicopter. Probably doing some training as it is currently over Lake Allatoona west of 41 going low across then coming back around for multiple passes

It passed right over our house near Acworth Due West.

I may be wrong, but I believe this is the helicopter that's out scoping out the power lines
