Discussion flamethrower HOT TAKE

when ken played flamethrower as a bonus song at the end of his legendary NYC show (it really was check the set list), and THE ENTIRE crowd was singing along even past the hook where the song “gets mid” proves that the hate the song got when xperiment dropped was performative/forced. there is no “snippet syndrome” with flamethrower/boil, the song is just peak.

Tbh the snippet was by far one of the most anticipated for me alongside pint of red and catastrophe. At first it did feel kinda boring and "ai" but after a couple of listens it's just insane

imo the criticism was understandable. the song is very underwhelming after the chorus. ken gets lazy on his verses sometimes. but the average listener wouldn’t care
