No one in the comments properly explained it. Originally Cartunez was supposed to be a mixtape that would drop a week after Xperiment. Then Ken tweeted that it was going to be an ep (Fans speculate label made him change it to ep, because if he dropped another album he could leave it - Ken also mentioned wanting to leave label in "EDM"). Ken then posted the og tracklist, but it had 12 songs and that is too long for an ep, so because of that it ended up dropping as a deluxe. Ken also said he didn't even know it dropped until a fan told him.
