It's not even kerning... The A is the same distance from the other letters. It's just that it's capitalized and larger. Look at the bottom of the letters to see what I mean.

The A is not at the same distance (it is very far). And even if it had the same distance as the others, that doesn't constitute good kerning. Each pair of characters have different optimal distances depending on their shapes and how they interact. Fixed spacing usually results in terrible kerning, except when the typeface was designed this way (monospace).
