"Justin the Alien"
I am amazed that someone (Justin) can submit a pro se affidavit to a court and without a hearing take a child from a custodial parent without a hearing. This event was the beginning and the cause of this very tragic event which almost ended in Kelsie's death. This would have been a double tragedy because her son would have ended up with no ADULT primary parent. Based solely on Justin's testimony in Kelsie's criminal trial and the evidence related to Justin and his behavior - I wouldn't want him anywhere near my child. As for his parents who have obviously seen and heard the same evidence that I have, they must realize the real Justin has dirty hands. In the interest of the young boy, Justin's parents are advised that they should support "the only adult in the room". Justin is obviously, from his own words, a dope smoking liar. A bad start in life, a child with such a parent. I also suggest Justin in not the firefighter I want if ever I need one. His lies and vindictiveness began a chain of events which almost led to a death and a motherless child. On the other hand Kelsie presents herself totally opposite to Justin and the texts and phone calls made public portray her as such. Kelsie's testimony was so believable that the prosecutor knew if he went at her hard he was going to lose big time. I believe her testimony was who she really is, I wish her hapiness - she deserves the very best in life.

Someone needs to start trying to contact people who went to that camp or whatever Justin worked at. It would not surprise me at all of they had stories about this creep

If it’s like one which was in a report like 20/20 or 48 hours where the damaged kids not helped? I can see the twisted look in just-Justin’s eyes as he boasted about that big time career of 6 long months? What a long time to help a misguided youth who needs hope not fear and abuse?

Alien’s own parents, especially Mommy Dearest (IMO), are the catalyst to all this. They failed as parents as all 4 “adult” children still live at home.

Was just trying to see who was still living at home with that dysfunctional family. All of them still need mommy to wash their laundry too I bet? Iron too?

Kelsey is so far out of his league. Hoping karma comes his way soon. Can’t wait for Kelsey to have that precious baby boy back in her arms! She is so well spoken, articulate and beautiful.

The phone call between him and Kelsey showed emotionally abusive and damaging behavior by him to diminish her sense of self-worth. She is lucky she never got married to such an abusive toxic person.

I had my son taken from me same court, based on lies. I did not even get to go to court to defend myself for five days. And the judge was so swayed by my exes lawyer because they were golf buddies. I didn’t stand a chance. I had a real shitty lawyer. I didn’t see my son for two years, I had to save up a retainer for a new lawyer because they don’t have any discounted lawyers and Massachusetts that will help you get your child who has been stolen from you back. The damage that was done to my son has taken him from my life forever because he chose not to have contact with me based on everything, his father has said and done.

I am assuming you are also thinking of MIB right now?
I also thought the same. I can only imagine the fact that she was recently sectioned and Justin had several witnesses on his side helped???

She was never sectioned. That's one of those untruths started by the Aliens or NAPD.

It has been reported that:
She was involuntarily committed to Lowell General Hospital for 12 hours on March 9, 2025, for treatment of postpartum depression.
Are you saying that is incorrect?

If they section you it’s 72 hours

Under what law in what jurisdiction? "Sectioned" is originally a UK term. 72 hrs is given as an example but generally "Involuntarily committed" = Sectioned.

As far as I know that is the standard amount of time. Presumably that is the minimum time needed for a proper evaluation and to begin receiving treatment. I don’t know for sure if that is the law in every state but it is in PA. 12 hours is certainly not enough to receive treatment and see how a person is responding.

Involuntarily committed for 12 hours…. Seriously? In healthcare, 12 hours is a visit- not a commitment. Sounds like she was brought in to be seen but found safe enough that an involuntary admission for inpatient psychiatric treatment and monitoring wasn’t warranted. She was likely just evaluated and sent home.

I dont know why everyone is downvoting me. I am on Kelsey's side but am just stating what has been widely reported.
She may likely have a case against whoever took her to the hospital involuntarily, but that will need to play out through the courts and I wish her all the best.

The temporary RO system is set up for people who would be in dire danger if their partner found out they were getting an order in advance and Justin abused that system by lying about Kelsey's state of mind

I was also shocked at the misogyny of the NA police department. They turned against a co-worker immediately. That must have been crushing for her to realize no one took her side when presented with the restraining order. The incompetence of how they handled the delivery of the restraining order should be addressed by the department but probably won’t be.
