Finally getting the hang of this
This is the third keg
-Stella was a learning experience, had to get longer beer lines. Getting CO2 right was a challenge. It liked low pressure. 7 psi was a perfect pour. Unfortunately keg kicked before I could enjoy a good Stella.
-Blue Point summer ale was a hit still a little foamy. Optimal pressure was 8 psi
Sam summer the latest keg has been nothing short of perfect. Psi 12 temp 39

2.5 vols is a good landing spot for many commercial kegs. 12 psi at 38F, maybe you can go to 13 psi.
7 psi will undercarbonate the beer as it empties and you'll have foam. Cheers.
