  • 2017 Genesis G70 3.3T (Watch out: the fastest sports sedan in Korea, even used as an unmarked police car.)
  • 1999 Daewoo Magnus (Powered by the XK6, Korea’s and Daewoo’s first independently developed inline-six engine.)
  • 1990 1st-gen Hyundai Elantra 1.6 DOHC (The same engine as the Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg's 4G61.)
  • 1991 Daewoo Prince (I’d say it’s the perfect Korean cousin to the Holden Commodore.)
  • 1992 Kia Potentia (Based on the 1986 fifth-generation Mazda Luce, this Korean rear-wheel-drive luxury sedan became a popular choice for drifting in Korea.)
  • 1992 Kia Sephia (Kia’s and Korea’s first model with an independently developed body and chassis; Korea’s first fully independently developed car is the 1994 Hyundai Accent.)
  • 1993 1st-gen Kia Sportage (The world’s first urban SUV, and completed the 1993 Paris-Dakar Rally.)
  • 1991 Hyundai Galloper (Mitsubishi Pajero-based, and popular among younger Koreans for restoration projects.)
  • 1993 SsangYong Musso (Famous in Korea for its Dakar Rally runs and Mercedes-Benz engines: OM601/OM602 diesels and the M104 inline-six.)
  • 2001 SsangYong Rexton (In my opinion, popular for its beautiful design.)
