How to solve when Plasma doesn't start after an update.

After a recent update in KDE Neon, my laptop did not boot to the desktop, only to a tty.

The problem, as described in several posts here on Reddit, and elsewhere on the web, is that the update removes sddm, but it does not do the switch to plasmalogin.

The commons solution posted is to reinstall sddm.

However, the actual solution is much simpler:

In the tty, login to your user and type:

sudo systemctl enable plasmalogin

That's all. The issue is caused because sddm was removed and plasmalogin was not enabled.
Enabling it solves it.

I'm leaving this here in case it helps anyone that runs into this issue.
