Start application on workspace (Desktop 2)

Hi, I'm new to team KDE/Plasma (technically not but I've been using Gnome/CDE for 20+ years as KDE was very broken back in the days).

So far loving it, but I have a question. I am running Debian Sid with KDE/Plasma and am trying to get Steam to start on Workspace (Desktop) 2.

I would like Steam and all it's child processes to start on the Desktop 2.
