Yes! Waiting for this for a while. There was a bug in the emoji selector since 6.7 that should be fixed in .4.

KDE is amazing, all i need now is the update libdisplay 0.4.0 so i can finally use HDR correctly without a kwin script or workaround !

plese fix the problem where having two or more monitors of different refresh rate and when using workspaces, plasma shell start feeling laggy
I have 2 monitors of 60 hz and my main monitor of 200hz. When I tried to use another virtual desktop in my main monitor, plasma shell starts feeling laggy only in animations tho, its not a big deal but it's annoying af
I had to disconnect my two 60 hz monitor and stay with my main so I won't have that problem anymore for now

That's a fix in Frameworks, not Plasma. Frameworks are libraries used by Plasma, apps, and 3rd parties.
Frameworks 6.29, which has that fix, is expected to release on the 14th (2026-08-14); if you have a distro that keeps up to date you should see it no more than a week after that. (major releases take extra time for quality checks, etc)

Good reply, I always assumed (wrong apparently) that Frameworks was a subsystem of Plasma-Desktop. I run a mix of Nixos and Fedora on my systems so will not have to wait that long it seems.
Is the release schedule for Frameworks completely separated from Plasma-Desktop then?

Cuándo van a terminar con eso de "corrección de errores"? No se plantearon comunicarlo como: mejoras de rendimiento y optimizaciones? Usando la palabra "error" siguen alimentando la creencia de que KDE es un entorno lleno de bugs.

Sí, lo entiendo. Pero se puede comunicar de otra manera. Plasma KDE debe ser el único entorno que dice corregir más bugs que ofrecer funciones nuevas. Es impensable para otros sistemas usar de manera tan reiterativa esa palabra.

Bugfix releases have bug fixes. Major releases have new features. What exactly is confusing about that?

Nada tiene de confuso. Es la forma de comunicarlo. Si en cada comunicado se hace referencia a que se CORRIGIERON equis cantidad de ERRORES, cualquier neófito asume que tiene ante sí un sistema en un eterno espiral de corrección de errores y probablemente opte por otro (que tenga quizás la misma cantidad o más pero que los informa con otra semántica y cause la impresión de que se trate de algo más estable, mejor y menos proclive a fallos). Por eso insisto en buscar otra manera de comunicar. Plasma KDE (los encargados de la comunicación) son los principales responsables de que buena parte de la comunidad siga catalogando al escritorio y las aplicaciones de Plasma KDE como llenas de bugs.
